The MS2 User Conference is the event to ensure users get maximum benefits from the powerful web-based Transportation Data Management Systems (TMS) including the widely used Traffic Count Database System (TCDS).

Featured Speaker

MS2 is proud to welcome Steven Jessberger from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to speak on FHWA's role in Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) and how local traffic count data is utilized on the state and national level.

Mr. Jessberger currently works as a Transportation Engineer in FHWA's Traffic Monitoring and Survey Division. In this position, he is the program manager for the new Travel Monitoring Analysis System software, which is used to produce the monthly data for the nationally and internationally distributed Traffic Volume Trends report.
