MS2 provides the Transportation Data Management System (TMS) with great economy of scale and flexibility.
The system can be either delivered through Software as a Service (SaaS) or deployed inside a client's IT facility.

For the Enterprise and Professional versions, system license and annual support fees are per module basis
(see below) and depending on the total lane miles of all public roadways within an agency.
Lane mile is defined as centerline mileage of each roadway multiplied by the number of lanes.

Consultant License
Upon the approval of an owner agency, a consultant who performs data collection for the agency can
lease an annual license at nominal cost for data uploading and editing.
